Training Programs Offered

Accounting & Business Management - This associate degree will provide you with the training and skills needed to excel in the fast-paced fields of business and accounting. This accounting concentration builds on a business foundation to include progressive accounting skills in general, tax, and payroll accounting. Upon graduation, students with have developed the in-demand skills needed to perform business and accounting functions for managerial decision-making situations.

Business Administration Specialist
The Business Administration Specialist diploma program delivers students with a foundation in the essential business skills needed in any size business or organization. Our hands-on business administration courses equip students with real-world knowledge in Accounting, Business, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. Students will have the ability to enhance their computer office skills by taking courses in word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics presentation.

Office Administration (Associate Degree)
Our Office Administration degree program will help you to develop necessary technical skills while demonstrating exactly what it takes to operate in an office environment efficiently and effectively. Throughout your career training, the emphasis is on gaining expertise in software applications, as well as developing decision-making and interpersonal skills. Students not only become proficient in various types of software, but are also able to provide support in the use of these programs.

Business Administration Concentration Marketing & Tourism - The associate degree in business administration with a concentration in tourism and marketing is strategically designed to prepare students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to enter this competitive field as a valuable, in-demand asset. The business administration program offers a well-rounded, comprehensive education in core business and marketing courses, as well as a hands-on externship during the final quarters of study.

Marketing & Business Management - With businesses competing more than ever for customers, marketing and sales specialists are becoming increasingly important to conduct market research, identify and satisfy needs, develop and promote products, and generate sales. The Marketing & Business Management degree focuses on business training as well as specialized skills and strategies that are unique to the marketing world.

Office Administration (Diploma) - In today’s fast-paced business world, offices rely on more people than just a CEO to keep them on track. Administrative employees are always in demand, as they make up the backbones of companies of all sizes. Ohio Business College’s Office Administration diploma program supplies students with basic business skills necessary for employment in a variety of office positions.

Computer Support Specialist
The Computer Support Specialist diploma program is designed to equip Ohio Business College graduates with the necessary skills to provide technical assistance, support, and advice regarding hardware, software and computer issues. Classroom instruction prepares students to provide day-to-day support for an employer’s local area network, wide area network, Internet and intranet systems, as well as, the maintenance of network servers.

Information Systems/Network Security Support
The Associate Degree in Applied Science Information Systems/Network Security Support program will equip students with the necessary skills to provide technical assistance, support, and advice to users on hardware, software, cybersecurity and computer issues. Students will be able to provide day-to-day administrative support for an organization’s local area network, wide area network, internet or intranet systems, in addition to the administration, maintenance, security and support of network servers. Students will be equipped with a broad background in social sciences and communication skills.
